About
Out-of-hours appointments are available on weekday evenings after 5:30pm and at weekends. These appointments are up to one hour long and may be booked as either an initial assessment or a follow-up session, depending on your needs. During the appointment, our experienced Chartered Physiotherapist will carry out a comprehensive assessment and treatment, where appropriate, or review your progress and update your personalised rehabilitation plan. The appointment also includes time for your physiotherapist to complete your clinical notes. Please note that the exact length of the session will depend on your individual needs and how much assessment and treatment is clinically appropriate on the day. Evening and weekend appointments are charged at our standard postcode-based rate, plus a £20 out-of-hours supplement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. As a mobile physiotherapy service, we reserve this appointment time specifically for you and plan our travel schedule around each visit. Late cancellations often mean that we are unable to offer the appointment to another patient.
