About
Follow-up physiotherapy appointments are up to one hour long and are tailored to your progress, current needs, and goals. During the session, your physiotherapist will review how you have been getting on since your last appointment and assess any changes in your symptoms, mobility, strength, balance, and function. Treatment may include exercise progression, mobility practice, balance training, functional rehabilitation, and practical advice to help you continue improving your independence and confidence at home. The appointment also includes time for your physiotherapist to complete your clinical notes. Please note that the exact length of the session will depend on your individual needs and how much treatment is clinically appropriate on the day. Our fees are based on your postcode area to reflect travel time and distance. The exact price for your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. As a mobile physiotherapy service, we reserve this appointment time specifically for you and plan our travel schedule around each visit. Late cancellations often mean that we are unable to offer the appointment to another patient.
