About
You will receive a comprehensive assessment with our experienced physiotherapist. During the session, you’ll be asked about your medical history, general health, and any goals you’d like to work towards. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, as the physiotherapist may ask you to perform certain movements or exercises. Following the assessment, you and your physiotherapist will agree on clear goals and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. The appointment also includes time for the physiotherapist to complete your clinical notes. Please note: The physiotherapist is based in Rotherham. An additional travel charge applies for appointments in Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange a physiotherapy appointment or bespoke group session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. If cancellation occurs after the physiotherapist has begun travelling, the full session fee will be charged. For one-to-one appointments, payment is required in advance. For bespoke group sessions, full payment is required within 10 days of invoice delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
