If this is your first appointment, you will have a comprehensive assessment by our experienced physiotherapist. You will be asked about your medical history, general health and any goals you want to achieve. You should wear loose, comfy clothing that will not restrict your movement. The therapist may ask you to perform movements and exercises. After the assessment, you will formulate some goals with the therapist and gain a personalised treatment plan. Please note: The physiotherapist is based in Rotherham. There is an additional charge if he travels to Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange a physiotherapy appointment or bespoke group session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. If cancellation occurs after the physiotherapist has begun travelling, the full session fee will be charged. For one-to-one appointments, payment is required in advance. For bespoke group sessions, full payment is required within 10 days of invoice delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
