About
You will receive a comprehensive assessment with our experienced physiotherapist. During the session, you’ll be asked about your medical history, general health, and any goals you’d like to work towards. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, as the physiotherapist may ask you to perform certain movements or exercises. Following the assessment, you and your physiotherapist will agree on clear goals and develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. The appointment also includes time for the physiotherapist to complete your clinical notes. Please note: The physiotherapist is based in Rotherham. An additional travel charge applies for appointments in Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your physiotherapy appointment or bespoke group session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. To avoid charges, cancellations must be received before 8.30am on the day of your appointment. Cancellations made after 8.30am on the day of the appointment incur a 50% fee. If the physiotherapist has already begun travelling to the appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
